It's getting cooler, isn't it?

Let's eat well and stay healthy this winter!

 12th Tuesday  Mini onigiri rice balls, rolled omelet with spinach and boiled carrots.  My kids love onigiri rice balls! (cooked rice and seasoned seaweed.)  Sometimes I also put tuna in onigiri.  Boiled carrot is really sweet, I boiled with vegetable soup stock then sauteed with butter.  I was happy my daughter ate it all!  However, my son who is 3 is very very fussy about his food!  I need to think about more recipes using vegetables for my kids.

 14th Thursday  Spinach cheese pancake, apple and broccoli.  This pancake contained potato starch to keep a moist texture.

 15th Friday  Sushi, rolled omlet and broccoli.  Oops, the sushi was not rolled perfectly. Never mind!  My kids ate it all  and that is most important.
